Terms of use
Effective 1 November 2026. These terms apply to the ScreenNomad apps and screennomad.com, provided by AppSpectrum Technology ("we"). Apps downloaded from the App Store are also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement; where the two differ, Apple's agreement applies to the app license.
Using ScreenNomad
- Only connect to Macs you own or are authorized to control. You are responsible for what happens on a Mac you connect to.
- Keep your Apple or Google account secure. Anyone signed in to your account can see your Macs in the app.
- Don't use ScreenNomad to break the law, to access other people's devices or data without permission, or to interfere with the service or other users.
Your content
What you see and do on your Mac stays yours. We don't claim any rights to it and we don't store it.
Purchases
Any purchases in the iPhone and iPad app are made through Apple and are subject to Apple's terms, including its refund policy. The Mac companion app is free.
Availability
We work to keep ScreenNomad available, but connections depend on your networks and devices, and some networks don't allow the connections the app needs. We may change or discontinue features, and we may suspend accounts that break these terms.
No warranty
ScreenNomad is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or business, arising from your use of ScreenNomad. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Ending your use
You can stop using ScreenNomad and delete your account from within the app at any time.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; we'll update the date above and tell you in the app about significant changes. These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections where you live.
